Research task silent movies

Charlie Chaplin was born in London in 1889 and he died in 1977 on Christmas day. He had two Brothers Sydney and Wheeler who were both famous. His mum was also a famous singer. He made lots of films and also performed shows in theatres. He was most known for his silent comedy acts which most of his films were based on. He first performed on stage when he was eight. Until the age of five he was paralysed so he had to stay in bed and his mother often acted things out that were happening outside. He had four wives. His mum and dad divorced when he was one. He was famous for having a moustache, a bowler hat, and a cane. He played the character the little tramp. He did slapstick comedy and stunts.i liked his style because he was funny. I don't think he would be as popular today as he was before because people now days like action films and sci fi films.
